Refunds  

At Boring Without You, we want you to feel confident in your skincare choices, which is why we offer our 40-day Feel Good Guarantee. If you’re trying our products for the first time and feel like it’s not quite right for you, you can request a refund within 40 days from the date your order was delivered.

Please note that this guarantee applies only to skincare products and does not include beauty tools like brushes or cloths or purchases made at Priceline or Adore Beauty. If your first order includes multiple units of the same skincare product, the refund will only cover the value of one item. If you order a bundle, only the skincare product(s) within the bundle will be refunded.

To start the return process, simply email us at hello@boringwithoutyou.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your request is approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days and return the funds to your original payment method.

Missing Parcels
In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. These Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable, and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

Missing Items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Return to sender 

If your order is returned to the sender, you will bear the cost of redelivering the parcel to your address. Our standard shipping charges apply.
